BEYOND disappointed and sad. The paintings I spent over 200 dollars for are awful and looks like something I could've did myself. The contrast is HORRIBLE, the colors? ARE COMPLETELY OFF. The longer I stare at it the more I just want to cry. I had PLANS for my first home to be furnished and decorated after 2 long months and it will not be done thanks to Icanvas, it will not match any of my furnishings and it just will not look complete without the beautiful art I THOUGHT I ordered.
I have made a purchase two weeks ago, I have been trying to get in contact with customer service for an entire two weeks! I get NO or ZERO response. I have sent numerous emails, still no reply. I even tried contacting the phone number I found online and it says " no available customer service representative to assist you" I am extremely concerned with an order that I placed and wanted to change the shipping address before it shipping but its going to be to late by the time they contact me. Extremely disappointed because I have spent a lot of money on this painting.

Overall very good. Most art looked very close to online illustration and was delivered timely and undamaged. But I have asked to cancel a recent order and have not heard back.
I ordered several paintings by Robin Altman. All were 12 x 18 canvas wrapped with a 3/4 inch thickness. The colors were fantastic and the quality of the Giecle printing was beautiful! They were extremely well packed for shipping and I receive them as advertised. I would have given a five star review except that the printed area of the canvas didn’t cover all the way to the edge of the frame. It was disappointing because you can see the sliver of white canvas against the wall.
The picture I ordered was fine but when it was delivered it was left on my front porch with another box on top on an extremely rainy day. By the time I saw the package it was at the bottom of an accumulating puddle. It damaged the frame and marred the picture a bit. The damage isn't extremely noticeable so I'm not going to pursue returning it. It was really the fault of the delivery service but for the money I paid I want an unblemished product with no hassles.
The art I have received is wonderful, and I’m thrilled to have it in my home.The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that though they say the art comes with what is needed to hang it on your wall it doesn’t. I have had to buy essential every thing needed to hand the picture. This is not a problem but not what is expected based on what is said. Other then that a great experience.
I received prompt and useful customer updates in the processing of my print order. The purchase process was easy and allowed for print customizing to my liking. However, there is an opportunity for better mounting construction. While the print was relatively effectively mounted to the frame, it seemed to be haphazardly stapled with one corner was actually pulled/folded rather sloppily. I had planned on purchasing larger (more expensive) prints from iCanvas because of the wonderful selections available, but I am now a bit more reserved in making iCanvas a source of my artwork purchases.
Gorgeous canvas. The view is unbelievable, I put it on my kitchen wall and it changed the whole atmosphere. Got lots of compliments. The customer support were very helpful, I had an slight issue with one of the pictures I ordered and they sent me a replacement. The gentleman who took care of the issue was efficient and very respectful.
The picture is pretty. The quality of the frame is moderate to poor. It is not a real mat. I could have bought a better frame/mat at a chain craft store.
I might use the site to order a print but I will have it professionally framed. I will never buy another framed item from Icanvas

Pilot are glowing. I received a defective piece of art and have been unsuccessful in reaching customer service by email or at their 800 number which is always the same recording. I left a review on Facebook since it seems the only way to get a response is by posting on social media. Apparently they do not like requests for return labels. There are a lot of negative reviews. Next step is BBB and a PayPal dispute. Hopefully this comment will generate a response.

The company will give you a full return if unsatisfied or damaged. They are constantly responding to email notices when you contact them.
